The Challenge

Primary school teachers are constantly balancing lesson planning, classroom management, student progress tracking and the creation of engaging learning experiences. With so many responsibilities competing for their time, teachers often find themselves relying on a collection of disconnected tools, spreadsheets and resources to manage their classrooms.

Class Nest was born from a simple idea: teaching should be about inspiring students, not spending hours managing the administrative workload that comes with it.

As a new startup, Class Nest needed more than just a website. They needed a purpose-built digital platform that could bring essential teaching tools together in one place, making everyday classroom tasks simpler, more efficient and more engaging.

The challenge was to transform this vision into a flexible, intuitive web application that would support Australian primary school teachers from Prep to Year 6, while creating a strong foundation for the business to grow.

The Solution

We partnered with the Class Nest team to design and develop a custom web application using Laravel, creating an all-in-one digital platform designed specifically for primary school educators. The platform brings together a suite of practical teaching tools, interactive classroom applications and educational resources, giving teachers everything they need to plan, organise and deliver engaging learning experiences in one convenient location.

With a focus on usability, flexibility and the everyday needs of teachers, we developed a tailored digital experience that makes classroom management more streamlined and learning more interactive. From digital planning and student tracking to whole-class activities and resource creation, Class Nest provides a centralised workspace that helps teachers spend less time on administration and more time doing what they do best.

Built on Laravel, the platform provides a scalable foundation for ongoing development, allowing Class Nest to continually expand its features, introduce new teaching tools and grow alongside its community of educators. Working closely with the Class Nest team, we helped turn an educator-led vision into a purpose-built digital product, combining thoughtful design with custom technology to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.
