The Challenge

Changing Relationships needed a new digital presence that clearly reflected their professional services and made it easy for prospective clients to understand how they could help. The new website needed to clearly communicate their range of services while providing a simple, intuitive experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. A key requirement was making it easy for visitors to take the next step, whether that meant getting in touch or booking an appointment online. At the same time, Changing Relationships needed a flexible content management system that would allow their team to manage and update the website themselves, while ensuring the new platform was built with search engine visibility, security and long-term performance in mind.

The Solution

We worked with Changing Relationships to develop a modern, responsive WordPress website focused on creating clear user journeys and turning website visitors into enquiries and bookings. Following an initial strategy and scoping phase, we developed a custom design and translated it into a flexible WordPress website built around the organisation’s services and content. The website incorporates an online appointment booking widget, streamlined enquiry forms and clear calls to action throughout the site, making it simple for visitors to find the information they need and take the next step. Behind the scenes, the website was built using a secure Bedrock WordPress framework with Git and Composer, providing a more controlled approach to managing WordPress and plugin updates. Performance, security and SEO were also considered throughout the build, creating a solid technical foundation for the website to grow with the organisation.
