The Challenge

Our client came to us with a vibe coded functional HTML prototype for a memory-focused mobile app. While the concept was strong, it wasn’t suitable for production use as a native iOS mobile app. It lacked native performance, App Store readiness, in-app purchase functionality and the structure required for a reliable iOS experience.

The goal was to take a working prototype and turn it into a polished, scalable mobile application that could be successfully launched on the Apple & Android App Stores.

The Solution

We rebuilt the prototype as a fully native iOS application, translating the existing HTML concept into a production-ready mobile experience. Our team handled the full transformation process, including native app development, UI refinement, performance optimisation, in-app purchase integration, and App Store compliance. We ensured the final product retained the simplicity and intent of the original prototype while delivering a smooth, responsive experience aligned with Apple’s design standards. Once development was complete, we managed the full submission process, including build packaging, testing, and App Store deployment.
